Description of the parameters
SEt - main set point: This is the required temperature, to be controlled. It can be selected within the range
defined by the LoS and HiS parameters.
HYS - Differential (hysteresis): This is the parameter that controls the workings of the compressor (or
heater) by acting on the Set Point value. Oscillations in the system must be avoided.
LoS - Lower SET POINT limit: This is the minimum value below which the Set Point cannot be set.
Act - type of action: establishes the manner in which the thermostat acts on the variable controlled:
0 = direct action, for refrigeration cells (the relay switches on if the temp exceeds the Set+Hys), 1 =
inverse action, for boiler mode (the relay switches on if the temperature exceeds Set- Hys).
LoA - lower temperature alarm activation limit: This is the limit below which the system detects an alarm
condition and displays the "LoT" message.
HiA - upper temperature alarm activation limit: This is the limit above which the system detects an alarm
condition and displays the "HiT" message.
Air - alarm functioning mode: Used to activate or deactivate alarm activation points for both high and
low temperature - see table 5.00.
OFS - offset: This is the value to be added to or subtracted from the temperature measured by the sensor
to compensate for any departures / errors.
dPt - defrost pause time: This is the time that lapses between two consecutive defrost cycles (interval,
period).
ddt - defrost duration: Establishes the duration of each defrost action, that is, stopping the compressor.
If ddt = 0 the defrost feature is disabled.
AcY - anti-cycle delay: This is the minimum time that must elapse between switching off and subsequent
switching on of the main relay. This also applies to starting of the instrument for first activation of the
relay.
Adi - ignition alarm activation delay: This is the time that elapses between switching on the instrument
and activation of the alarm if enabled.
unt - unit of measurement: Used to view the temperature in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit.
dio - digital input operating mode: (optional) not active.
tis - time scale: Switches the unit of measurement for the dPt parameters from hours to minutes, ddt from
minutes to seconds, and acy from seconds to minutes and vice-versa.
utd - display update delay: This is the display refresh time.
rES - resolution: Establishes displaying the temperature at a unit or decimal resolution.
At2 - secondary set point: Not active - when combined with a suitable digital input setting, it can be used
to activate the energy-saving function.
Caution!
If the power supply is voluntarily cut off, wait at least 15 minutes before turning the refrigerator on again (i.e.
before connecting it to mains supply). If not, the compressor stops for a few minutes before starting
its normal operation.
