Fill level: The groove is situated on the lower mixing
paddle only and marks the maximum fill level.
Melting set gel:
The mixing paddles start when the unit reaches 40 °C. The tank will hold no more than 2500 g of gel, as stated
above (see groove on the lower mixing paddle).
Caution Avoid overfilling. Maximum first load = 1000 g chopped gel
Maximum amount of set gel = 2500 g
Observe groove.

5.5 Notes on Working with Duplicating Gel

When first filling the tank with gel such as Dubliform, Duplikat, Dublitop
pieces. This increases filling capacity and shortens melting time.
Apart from duplicating gels, duplicating concentrates may also be used.

Note Observe mixing ratio!
Gel kept melted for longer periods must be checked regularly for moisture loss. Refill with small amounts of water.
Replace used gel completely with new material. Do not mix old and new gel. Clean the tank regularly to prevent
build up of plaster or investment residue.
