Fit the clamping ring fittings (11) to each of the
connections of the first solar panel.
10.
Insert the anchor blocks for the second solar
panel into the mounting rails (04) and position so
that the fixing brackets of each panel will butt up
against each other.
11.
Position two more hooks in the lower mounting
rail.
12.
Place the second solar panel on the mounting
rails (04) and mounting hooks (14) and remove
the carrying handles.
13.
Insert the fixing brackets into the solar-panel
frame and slide the second solar panel up to the
first.
Caution:
Make sure the connections on the two panels are
aligned. Slide the connections on the second
solar panel into the clamping ring fitting carefully.
14.
Tighten the nuts on the first clamping ring
fitting (11).
15.
Tighten the second and any additional clamping
ring fittings in the same way.
Caution:
When tightening the clamping ring fittings, use a
second spanner to prevent the centre part of the
fitting from turning, as otherwise the solar-panel
pipes may be damaged.
16.
When the solar panels are pushed fully together,
there is a design clearance of 48 mm.
17.
Further solar panels can be fitted in the same
way (up to 4 flat solar panels can be fitted
adjacent to one another).
