Per gli altri valori, consultare la 'Tavola di configurazione' alla pagina 35. Una
volta scelto l'intervallo desiderato, l'amplificatore ripeterà periodicamente il
test. Questo consentirà di monitorare il funzionamento dell'amplificatore e
di verificare in tempo reale la presenza di guasti o anomalie della linea.
- Led segnalazione guasti
I tre led superiori del display (6) segnalano in tempo reale eventuali guasti
rilevati dalla scheda di controllo, ovvero:
GND
Indica una perdita d'isolamento della linea altoparlanti
SPK
Indica un'impedenza al di fuori della tolleranza impostata
(lampeggio = impedenza<soglia ; fisso = impedenza>soglia).

Guasto amplificatore
- Controllo di volume
Alla prima accensione, la regolazione del volume di uscita viene affidata
al trimmer (14) sotto al led 'OK'. è possibile inoltre controllare il volume
dell'amplificatore con un potenziometro posto a distanza oppure tramite
collegamento seriale ed un apposito software. Per selezionare la sorgente
della regolazione di volume, operare sulle levette del dip-switch come
indicato nella figura 3.6.9.

- Ingresso opzionale (terminali 9 e 10, fig. 3.6.2)
Il funzionamento di questo ingresso prevede la miscelazione con ciò che
viene selezionato tra ingresso XLR e ingresso base; qualora siano entrambi
presenti, verrà data la priorità al segnale proveniente dagi ingressi INPUT/
OUTPUT (10)/INPUT BASE (11).
- Filtro 'LoW CUT'
Ai fini di migliorare l'intelligibilità del parlato, può essere scelto l'inserimento
di un filtro per i toni gravi; l'utente dovrà anche in questo caso utilizzare
i dip-switch per attivare la funzione.

For the other values, consult the 'Configuration Table' on page 35. Once
the required interval has been chosen, the amplifier will repeat the
test periodically. This will make it possible to monitor operation of the
amplifier and to check the presence of any failures or upsets in the line
in real time.
- Failure signalling LED
The three upper LEDs on the display (6) signal in real time any failures
detected by the control card, as follows:
GND
Indicates a loss of insulation on the loudspeaker line
SPK
Indicates that the impedance is out of the set tolerance (flashing
= impedance<threshold ; steady = impedance >threshold).

Amplifier failure
- Volume control
When the equipment is switched on for the first time, adjustment of the
output volume is made by means of a trimmer (14) situated next to the
'OK' LED. It is also possible to control the volume of the amplifier by
means of a potentiometer situated in a remote location or by means of
a signalling link to a specific software has been installed. To select the
source of the volume control, position the levers of the dip-switch as
indicated in Figure 3.6.9.

- optional input (terminals 9 and 10, figure 3.6.2)
Operation of this input provides mixing with the selected input, i.e. XLR
input or basic input. If they are both present, priority will be given to the
signal from the INPUT/OUTPUT (10)/INPUT BASE (11) inputs.
- Filtro 'LoW CUT' Filter
For the purpose of improving the speech intelligibility, it is possible to
choose to include a filter for the bass tones. Again in this case the user
will have to use the dip-switch to activate the function.
