If the device has been transported in an upright position, wait 2 hours prior to
connecting the device (integrated condenser) to a power source.
•
The electrical circuit in the socket must be secured to at least 16A. Only connect the
device directly to the wall socket; do not use any extension cords or power strips.
•
Place the device so that the plug is easily accessible and can be quickly removed
from its socket in case of necessity.

5.3 Operation

•
Remove the protective foil from the device before starting it.
•
After unpacking and prior to connection clean the device according to the
instructions from section 6.2 „Cleaning".
•
Connect the device to the single grounded socket.
•
Turn the device on using the ON/OFF switch at the front. The green control light in the
switch will come on. The digital display shows the current temperature inside the
device.
•
The device should reach the preset temperature before placing the food products
inside.
Digital temperature controller
Primary temperature settings are established at the factory and correspond to a working
temperature in the device of approx. 0 ° C – 10 ° C.
During normal use, the display shows the current temperature inside the device.
