Active objects
Active objects are found in the Mixer0X window. Active objects allow the user to access
and modify the state of the process. Clicking the object opens a dialog box and allows
the user to manage process control.
Active objects that are connected to PID control loops can also be used to change the
control mode of the displayed component between Auto, Local, Remote, and Manual.
The following illustration is an example of an active object.
PID loop overview displays
PID loop overview displays are shown in the Mixer0X window. Clicking on a PID loop
overview display opens the relevant PID faceplate. The following illustration is an example
of PID loop overview display.
