Never use the aeriator when protective devices or housing
parts are damaged or missing.
Before lifting or removing the aeriator switch off motor an wait
until the operating tools have come to a complete standstill.
Before removing the grassbox or adjusting of the operating
height switch off motor and wait for the complete standstill of
the operating tools.
Replace worn or damaged blades as a complete set. Observe
installation instructions. For safety reasons always use origi-
nal spare parts.
Maintenance and cleaning procedures on the aeriator as well
as removing the protective devices may only be carried out
when the engine is switched off.
Never store the aeriator in damp surroundings or near open fl
ame.
Should have run over an object with the aeriator it should be
examined by a specialist (see list of repair shops) for safety re-
asons.
If the connection cable is damaged during use it must be dis-
connected immediately. Do not touch the cable until it is dis-
connected.
Switch off the lawnmower, pull the mains plug and wait for the
lawnmower to stop running if, for example:

leaving the lawnmower
–
unblocking a blade
–
intending to check, clean or work on the lawnmower

Caution!
When collapsing and unfolding the grab handle, the cable
could be damaged.
Take care that you do not kink the cable.

ly, provided with a 16 Amps. fuse.

should check the lawnmower for damage and carry out any
necessary repairs.

Note - Handle height adjustment:
When adjusting the handle height take care that the cable
is not crimped. Set the handle to the desired height

Note: Residual current protection device
These protection devices safeguard while touching
damaged wires, from insulation flaws and in certain cases,
also while damaging live wires.
We recommend that the equipment only be plugged into
a power socket, which is protected by a residual current
protection device (RCD) with a residual current of not
more than 30 mA.
Retrofit kits are available for old installations. Consult an elec-
trician.
