"Time zone": Here you can adjust the current time zone.
„Enable Daylight Saving Time": Here you can activate daylight saving time (DST). All settings are
preconfigured for each time zone.
"Keep current date and time": Here you can maintain the current date and time of the network camera. After
power loss the date and time will not be lost.
"Synchronize with computer time": Here you can sync date and time of the network camera with the PC.
After the sync date or time cannot be changed.
"Manual": Here you can manually set date and time.
"Automatic": Here you can sync date and time with a NTP server over the internet. The sync will run with
every start of the network camera.
"NTP-Server": Here you can enter the IP-address or domain of the server to automatically sync the time. If
the field is left empty th standard NTP server will be used.
„DI and DO": Here you set the predefined status of the alarm input and output.
Do not forget to press the „SAVE" button in order to apply the changes.

6.2 Security

"Root Password": Here you can change the admin password. For security reasons the every character is
displayed as a dot. After pressing the SAVE button you will be asked to enter the new password.
Add new User: Here you can add
up to 20 users after entering a
username and password and
confirming by pressing ADD.
Update User: Here you can select
an existing user and change his
settings. Apply the changes by
pressing UPDATE.
Delete User: Here you can select
and delete an existing user by
pressing DELETE
User Management
Administrator: Admin has all rights.
Operator: Has no access to the configuration, but can run URL commands.
Viewer: Has only access to the main page (live view).
Digital Output: User can control alarm input and output.
PTZ control: User can control PTZ cameras.
Allow anonymous viewing: You can login to the main page (live view) without any user authentication.
