3 Applications

The colour cameras TVCCD-190COL and TVCCD-
190HCOL (high resolution) and the corresponding
power supply units are especially designed for use in
video surveillance systems. The one-cable technique
only requires a single coaxial cable for connecting the
camera to the power supply unit as the coaxial cable
allows both power supply and video signal transmis-
sion.
The cameras are weatherproof (IP 68) and are
there fore also suitable for outdoor applications. The
power supply unit must in any case be operated in -
doors.
When darkness falls (illuminance below 10 lux) the
42 infrared LEDs illuminate the surveillance area up to
50 m. If the brightness falls below 2 lux, the cameras
switch over to black-and-white reproduction.

(7):
for wall mounting into the lower threaded jack (12)
,
of the camera housing (as in fig.1),
for ceiling mounting into the threaded jack (3) of the
sunshield or – with the sunshield removed – into
the upper threaded jack of the camera housing.

screws at a suitable place of the wall or ceiling.
