Step 5: Attaching the cushion
Use
ATTENTION!
■
Verify if the machine has been properly assembled each time before using the ma-
chine. Check whether the screws, particularly the locking screw on the seat, are tight-
ened and whether the handle bar and pedal support have been properly mounted.
■
Make sure that there is at least 1 m of space around the machine. The workout area
must be kept clear. There must always be enough free space to get off the machine
in an emergency.
■
Check the machine for wear prior to each use. Be particularly sure to check for signs
of wear on the swing frame.
■
Start the exercises slowly and then gradually increase the intensity. Improper use of
the machine and overexertion could harm your health.
■
Immediately stop your workout if you feel weak or dizzy. In the event of nausea, pain
in the chest or limbs, heart palpation or other symptoms, please immediately contact
a physician.
■
Take adequate breaks between workouts.
■
Wear suitable clothing for your workout (e.g. a track suit). It is important that your
clothing is comfortable and breathable.
■
Wear suitable footwear to reduce any risk of injury.
■
Never workout on a full stomach. Do not eat at least one hour before and after your
workout.
■
Risk of injury! Do not workout if you already tired and exhausted.
■
Always remember that the body needs plenty of liquids when performing physical
activity. You should defi nitely satisfy the body's need for liquids.
■
Always perform warm-up exercises before beginning your workout in order to mini-
mise the risk of injury.
■
After your workout, always stretch in order to slowly bring your cardiovascular system
back down to a normal level.

Place the cushion (4) on the cushion base
(10) and use the locking screw (14) and a
washer (13) to screw the two parts onto
the seat support (4).
NOTICE: A number of holes for mounting
the cushion are located on the seat sup-
port. You can use them to properly adjust
the seat width to your body size.
