To facilitate installation, place the door panel on the cardboard packaging box and use it as a platform. Notice the holes are situated at the top of the panel.

Mark the four holes on the wall. Remove the wall jamb. Drill the holes in the wall with Ø1/4"...

(x8) Apply silicone at the bottom of the wall jamb on the side that goes against the wall as illustrated. (x2) Reposition the wall jamb on the line marked previously.

Slide the pre-assembled return panel with the expander (2) and gasket (3) into the wall jamb (1). Level the glass panel assembly. Lock into position by clamping the wall jamb and expander with pliers. Positionner temporairement les profilées “U” sur la partie inférieure du panneau de retour (11). Glisser le panneau de retour prémonté avec l’extenseur (2) et le joint (3) dans le jambage (1). Assurer le niveau du panneau de retour à l’aide d’un niveau. Barrer la position du jambage et de l’extenseur à l’aide des pinces autobloquantes.
- Page 11 INSTRUCTION MANUAL - GUIDE D’INSTALLATION LOCATION OF THE U CHANNEL (CONTINUED) / EMPLACEMENT DES PROFILÉS “U” Place the “U”-Channels temporarily on the bottom of fix panel (12). Make sure the “U”-channels are placed correctly. Install both corner clips as illustrated. Remove the bracket from the glass mount plate and install the glass mount plat on the return panel. - Page 12 INSTRUCTION MANUAL - GUIDE D’INSTALLATION RUNNING RAIL INSTALLATION / INSTALLATION DE LA BARRE DE ROULEMENT Unfasten the set screws (x4) from the wall bracket (15). Then remove the back plate from the wall bracket and set it aside. With the back plates of the wall and the glass brackets removed, slide the wall brackets away from the ends of the running rail (14). Align running rail holes with holes in fixed panel. Install glass fasteners (16) to join fixed panel (12) and rail (14). Be sure to place gaskets between all contact between glass and metal parts. Fasten with the 3mm hex key. Dévisser les vis du support murales (15). (x4) Retirer la plaquette et le support mural (x2), et la mettre de côté. Push the wall brackets against the wall, fasten the bracket on the return panel and level. Trace around the outer edge of the wall bracket. Trace “U”-channel locations.

Trace hole centers to determine drilling location. (x2) Drill marked holes in walls by using the 1/4" drill bit. Insert one drop of silicone in each hole before in- serting the wall plugs.

Place the panel on a cushioned surface, such as a towel or cardboard, to prevent damage ei- ther to the panel or the base. Place the bottom guide to edge of the “U”-chan- nel and center the front channel of the bottom guide to the center of “U”-Channel.

Repeat on the opposite side with the glass bracket. Tighten the set screws to secure it in place with the allen key provided. (X8) Glisser les supports muraux contre le mur.

(x3) Screw 3/4" screws (25) through holes to hold expander and wall jamb together in place (x3). Cover all screws with screw caps (28). - Page 19 INSTRUCTION MANUAL - GUIDE D’INSTALLATION DOOR GASKETS / JOINT DE PANNEAU DE PORTE Temporarily install midgasket (6) and the door gasket (7) to door panel. Close the door entirely and mark the interfer- ence of the gaskets with the running rail. Cut the gasket at the marked locations with cutters. Note that midgasket (6) needs only to be cut below the running rail.
- Page 20 INSTRUCTION MANUAL - GUIDE D’INSTALLATION ANTI-JUMP & DOOR STOPPER / ANTI-SAUT & BUTOIR Install the anti-jump (20) in the lower holes of the door panel located below the running rail. Be sure to place the gaskets between the glass and aluminum parts. (x2) Install door stopper (19) located in the interior shower next to the wall jamb. Use the hole pro- vided in the running rail.
- Page 21 INSTRUCTION MANUAL - GUIDE D’INSTALLATION DOOR RECEIVER INSTALLATION / INSTALLATION RÉCEPTRICE DE PORTE Place door receiver (22) against the wall so that the door panel slides smoothly into the receiver. Mark the hole location. Remove door receiver and drill in the marked lo- cation with 1/8" drill bit. Insert one drop of silicone into the hole. Reposition and secure it in place with the pro- vided screw, then cap with screw cap.

Wait 24 hours before using the shower to allow silicon to dry. Calfeutrer l’extérieur de l’unité avec du silicone autour du jambage et à l’extérieur du seuil en aluminium et du profilé en aluminium.
