The success of a butt-welding jointing op-
eration depends on the proper pressures,
times, and temperatures of the welding as
given in the welding value tables in the ap-
pendix. The correct pressure value depends
on the section of the cylinder of the weld-
ing machine. Prior to using the tables in the
appendix, verify carefully that the section
quoted in the technical specifications of this
manual is the same as the section given on
the name plate affixed to your machine.
