d) Operating modes
There are two operating modes available: "Menu mode" and "Manual mode".
You can scroll through the values quickly by holding down the
Menu mode:
The fryer comes with 6 preset cooking modes that are printed on the touchscreen (6):
"Bread", "Beef", "Shrimps",
"Pizza", "Chicken" and "Chips".

Select a cooking mode using the MENU button (I). Keep pressing the MENU button to scroll through
the cooking modes.

The selected cooking mode will flash on the display.

The temperature and frying time for the selected cooking mode will be shown alternately on the
display.

You can also adjust a cooking mode to suit your requirements. Press the
editing mode. The minute value flashes.

Important: User-defined settings will not be saved for future use.

Manual mode:
In manual mode you can set the temperature and frying time yourself. Use this mode when cooking food for
which there is no cooking mode (see "Menu mode").
