Tightening torque

O Tighten all screws according to the tightening torque
from the following table.

Connecting the pressure lines
Damage to the pressure lines!
If pressure tubing protrudes into the travel range of the
slide or the components, the tubing can be damaged or
torn away.
O Make sure during installation that the pressure
tubing connected at the intermediate stop cannot
protrude into the travel range of the slide or the
components.
1. Connect the pressure lines to the intermediate stop.
The connections point to the rear.
2. Guide the pressure lines under the slide or under the
surface to the corresponding connections in the
system.
7 Setting the Sequences
O Set the sequences for the application of pressure to the
intermediate stop as follows:
Sequence of the positions for effective direction to the
right

1 P3 Slide
Detent extends
2 P1 and P3 Slide travels to intermediate stop
Detent is extended
3 P3 and P1 Detent remains extended
and P2 WARNING! Prior to moving from the
intermediate-stop position,
it is mandatory that the two air
chambers are pressurized. Otherwise,
the slide will travel toward the empty air
chamber and the exhaust air throttling
will have no effect.
4 P1 and P2 Detent retracts
and P4
5 P1 Slide travels to the end position
6 P2 Slide travels back to the home position
