5.3- Tips
• Always handle spraying with utmost care.
• For optimal results, spray early in the morning or late in the afternoon. Avoid spraying
during hot and dry weather.
• Always aim the spray downwind to prevent operator contamination from the spray drifting
back.
• Take steps to prevent unintentional chemical application to other areas or the environment.
• Ensure that the chemical is applied evenly and adequately.
VI. MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
WARNING!
Before any intervention on product, ensure that power is set to the "OFF" position and
remove the battery pack.
Reminder: In order to maintain the machine in good working condition, carry out regular
maintenance of the machine after each use and before storage. Any breach or inadequate
maintenance reduces the life of the machine and increases the risk of breakdowns and accidents.
6.1- Cleaning
General cleaning
• Before cleaning, switch off the tool and remove the battery pack.
• To relieve any remaining pressure in the system, pull the trigger for a few more seconds.
• Remove the tank filter and clean out any residuals.
• Carefully detach the outlet hose (12) and clean any residuals from the strainer.
• Reattach the strainer and the outlet hose.
• If the product will not be used for an extended period, empty the tank and rinse the interior
with clean water. Dispose of any unused chemicals or waste in suitable containers.
• Wipe the exterior surface of the product with a dry, clean cloth. Avoid using abrasive
cleaners or solvents.
• Do not immerse the product in water or any other liquids.
Tank cleaning
• Read the chemical supplier's instructions and verify chemical compatibility before flushing
the tank.
• Use a flushing solution recommended by your chemical supplier that is compatible with the
materials of this product.
• You may also flush the tank with a sufficient amount of clean water.
• Ensure the tank lid is tightly closed, then agitate the solution to dissolve any residues.
• Dispose of the tank contents according to local regulations.
• After flushing, add approximately 5 liters of clean water to the tank.
• Reinstall the battery and turn on the pump.
• Flush the interior of the hose, wand, and accessories by pulling the trigger until the tank is
empty.
• Switch off the pump and relieve any remaining pressure.
• Remove the battery.
• Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents during cleaning.
