• This appliance is intended only for deep frying appropriate food such as fries, etc in com-
mercial use. Any other use may lead to damage of the appliance or personal injury.
• This appliance is intended to be used for commercial applications, for example in kitch-
ens of restaurants, canteens, hospitals and in commercial enterprises such as bakeries,
butcheries, etc. , but not for continuous mass production of food. And it should be oper-
ated by trained personnel.
