5.0 BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE FOR THE FIRST TIME

5.1 FRAME ASSEMBLY
• Slide the frame into the motor housing and secure with the two screws ST5 x 20 (5)
• IMPORTANT! The motor will not run if the housing locking screw (A) is not seated in the safety
switch (B) after assembly. Please check carefully and ensure that the housing is properly closed.
5.2 WHEEL ASSEMBLY
• Mount the axle on the frame
• Attach the washers on both sides of the axle
• Slide the wheels onto the axle and secure them with split pins
• Then attach the wheel caps
