MACHINE POWER-UP
Before you power up the machine, make sure that the available mains voltage is equal to the
electric voltage value indicated on the machine plate.
Plug the electric lead, built into the back of the machine, into a power socket.
To power up, turn the master switch knob, on the back of the machine, to position "I".
When the machine is on, three small lines meaning that the machine is ready for programming appear
on the illuminated command keypad display, on the front of the machine (02).

PROGRAMMING
Press the "ON" key:
- the display shows the temperature of the plates, measured in centigrade (°C) and the plate heating
phase begins (the heating phase terminates at the end of production when the "OFF" key is pressed).
- a red LED comes on on the lower right-hand display showing that the baking plates are starting to
heat. The LED will remain lit until the set temperature is reached after which it will go out.
It will come on again when heating restarts.
SETTING WORKING TEMPERATURE
The temperature can be programmed from 0 °C to 250 °C.
- Press the "TEMP" key. On the display the previously set temperature value will appear, referring to
the last process carried out by the machine, and stored in memory.
If the machine is new, the temperature value is the one relating to the final inspection test carried out
in PAVONI- ITALIA
- the required working temperature is set using the "+" and "-" keys and is shown on the display;
- press the "SET" key to confirm and memorise the set working temperature.
Once the "SET" key has been pressed, the display will show the temperature value of the plates existing
at that time, a value that will change, since the plates are in the heating phase, until it reaches the set
temperature.
The LED will go out when the temperature is reached.
It takes about 30-35 minutes for the plates to reach the temperature threshold of 250 °C and about
15 minutes for them to reach the threshold of 180°C.
SETTING THE BAKING TIME
The baking time can be set during the plate heating phase. This time can be programmed up to the
threshold of about 10 minutes.
