Shortened claws are extremely important for your
pet's health and well-being. Claws should be shortened
regularly so that they do not touch the ground when the
pet is standing.
Choose the correct opening
depending on the size of the pet
and the condition of the claws:
Opening
rabbits
Opening
and cats
Opening
dogs (remove protective cover
and guide the claw sideways to
the grindstone)
Hold the device with your
right hand and use the ON/
OFF switch to turn it on. Your
left hand splays the paw and
carefully guides one claw to the
opening at a time. Then you can
start with the claw care.
For safety reasons you should
not work on one claw for
longer than 5 seconds. In
between, the angle of the
claw needs to be readjusted.It
should be about 45 degrees.
Acquaint your pet with the
device step by step and touch
the claws to start with without
switching the device on. Then
get your pet used to the sound.
