Avoid accidental starting. Check that the
power switch is switched off before
plugging in the plug. Do not carry the
product with your finger on the switch
when it is plugged in.
Avoid body contact with earthed surfaces
such as pipes, radiators, cookers and
refrigerators. There is an increased risk of
electric shock if your body is earthed.
Do not expose the product to rain or
moisture.
If water gets into the product, this will
increase the risk of electric shock.
The product must be connected to a
power point with a residual current device
that has a maximum tripping current of
30 mA.
Check before use that the mains outlet
and power cords are undamaged, and
that there are no signs of fatigue. Pull out
the plug immediately if the power cord
gets damaged during the work. Do not
touch the power cord before it is
unplugged. Do not use the product if the
power cord or plug are damaged or worn.
Only use an extension cord approved for
outdoor use. If an extension cord is used
the cross-sectional area of the wires must
be dimensioned for the power supply to
the product. Always check the power cord
for damage before use. Always fully
unwind the extension cord to avoid
overheating and/or power loss. Replace
the extension cord immediately if it is
damaged.
Make sure that there is no risk of tripping
over it, or it being damaged or put under
strain.
Do not carry or pull the product by the
power cord.
Do not pull the power cord to unplug the
plug.
Keep the power cord away from heat, oil
and sharp edges.
Check that the mains voltage corresponds
to the rated voltage on the type plate.

Make sure not the clench or damage the
power cord between the handle and the
chassis when fitting and/or folding down
the handle. Do not use the product if
the power cord or plug are damaged.
A damaged power cord or plug must be
replaced by an authorised service centre
or other qualified personnel to ensure
safe use.
SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Always check the product before use to
make sure that the blades, blade screws
and mower deck are not worn or
damaged.
If the blades or screws are worn or
damaged, always replace the complete
set to avoid imbalance.
The blades on the product are very sharp.
Be careful and wear heavy-duty safety
gloves when fitting, replacing, cleaning
and/or checking the tightness of the
blade screws.
Make sure that the safety and warning
labels on the product are complete and
legible. Replace any labels that are
illegible or have gone missing.
Replacement stickers can be ordered
from the retailer.
Make sure that all the screw unions are
properly tightened to keep the product in
safe condition.
Regularly check the grass catcher for wear
or damage.
Replace damaged or worn parts using the
product.
Always stand behind the handle when
starting the product. Never start the
product in the following situations:
If one or more of the four wheels are
not in contact with the ground.
If the ejector is not protected by the
mulching unit, or by the grass
collector or ejector guard.
If the hands, feet or other body parts
of any person are within the work
area.
