Before calling the customer services, please check that the
appliance is correctly connected, any of the following cases
are not covered by the guarantee

Damage

repair.

Damage caused by misuse.

Using the induction hob for commercial purposes.

If an abnormality comes up, the induction hob will enter the
protective state automatically and display corresponding
protective codes shown in the table below.

Do not disassemble the unit by yourself to
avoid any dangers and damages to the
induction hob. If further service is needed,
please contact the supplier.
