6. START UP INSTRUCTIONS
6.1. UNPACKING AND LIST OF MATERIALS
Carefully inspect the product to ensure that there are
no damaged elements. If you find any damaged or
missing parts, do not use the machine until the defect
has been repaired or all the missing pieces replaced.
Using the machine without all of its parts or with
defective parts can cause severe personal injury.
6.2. MOUNTING
6.2.1. ASSEMBLY OF THE PADS AND TRANSPORT
WHEELS
Turn the machine frame over, fix the pads with the
Ø8*20*1.5 washers, the M8 grower washers and
finally with the M8x20 screws, as shown in the
illustration.
Insert the wheels into the frame axles and then place
the Ø8*28*3 washers, the M8 grower washers and
finally insert the M8x20 screws, tighten them until the
wheels are securely fastened.
6.2.2. ENGINE AND CHIPING NOZZLE ASSEMBLY
Then fix the chipping mouth and the motor to the
machine frame. To do this, use 4 M8 security nuts,
4 M8 grower washers, 4 Ø8 washers and finally 4
M8x40 screws on the motor part. For the part of the
chipping mouth we will use 4 M8 security nuts, 4 M8
grower washers, 4 Ø8 washers and finally 4 M8x20
screws.
6.2.3. HOPPER ASSEMBLY
Insert the hopper tabs into the bolts you will find in the
chipping mouth. Once placed, close the hopper, insert
the Ø8 washers, the M8 grower washers, the M8x20
screws and screw them in to leave it firmly closed.
