Note:
Allow the appliance to cool down for at least 1 minute before using it again to prevent it
from overheating. Leave the top cover open.
After each use, remove dirt and spilled liquid from the air extraction chamber.
Use rolls and bags recommended or supplied by the manufacturer.
Preservation without vacuuming
You can seal the food in the bag without the need to extract air.
1. Open the top cover.
2. Place the open end of the bag on the sealing strip and align it so that no folds or ripples
are formed when creating the sealing joint. Make sure that the bag is not placed in the air
extraction chamber or covers the air intake.
3. Close the top cover and manually lock the locks on both sides.
4. Plug the cord into the outlet and press the On button. The button lights up and the sealing
process starts. Once the On button goes off the sealing joing is created.
5. Pull the safety catch to release the vacuum, release the locks, open the top cover and
remove the bag.
Tips and advice
1. Do not overfill the bags. Provide enough space on the edge of the bag to create a joint.
2. Wipe off any water, juice or other liquid from the edge of the bag. A damp or wet edge of
the bag may cause the sealing joint not to form or not be strong enough.
3. Straighten the edge of the bag in the suction chamber and make sure that it is completely
clean.
4. Extracting air from the bag does not replace storage conditions in the refrigerator or
freezer. Store vacuumed food in the refrigerator or freezer according to the manufacturer's
instructions.
5. When extracting air from a bag with bulky food, gently press the edge together so that you
can more easily insert it into the air extraction chamber.
6. When extracting air from a bag with food /with items with sharp or pointed ends (e.g. dry
spaghetti, jewelery, etc.), wrap the ends with a soft material (e.g. a paper towel) to prevent
the bag from tearing. We recommend using containers for such foods / items.
7. Before vacuuming, we recommend placing the fruit in the freezer for a while and blanching
the vegetables to prolong their shelf life.
8. Always use accessories approved or recommended by the manufacturer.
9. Always allow hot or warm food to cool completely before air extraction.
10. Fermented foods are not suitable for vacuum sealing.
