DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPUTER

This computer enables the various functions to be read simultaneously. Moreover, you can choose to enlarge 1
of the 3 functions on each of the two rows (B1-Zoom mode).
It allows you to enlarge the display of the selected function.
It has the BFS (Body Fat System) function to indicate your level of body fat.

FUNCTIONS AND DISPLAY
TEMPERATURE (TEMP): Displays the ambient temperature
TIME (CLOCK): Displays the time about 4 minutes after the end of the exercise.
MONTH/DATE/DAY: Displays month, date and day.
LOAD (resistance level): there are 8 resistance levels available on this computer.
SPEED: Displays speed in Km/h
RPM*: Displays number of revolutions of pedals per minute.
TIME: Displays the time in minutes and seconds up to 99:00.
DISTANCE: Displays the distance covered at intervals of 100 metres, up to 99.9 km.
CALORIE (CAL)*: Displays estimated calorie expenditure in Kcal.
PULSE: Displays pulse rate in real time.
* The RPM function and the number of the profile selected (P1 to P6) will be displayed alternately in the same
window every 5 seconds.
* Estimated calories calculated for average effort, and a person of average body weight and strength. Not to be
used for therapeutic purposes.
STARTING
The computer is activated either when one of the keys is pressed or when pedalling commences.
RESETTING
All the functions can be reset to zero by holding down the "Mode" key.
PROGRAMMING TRAINING DATA
Before starting to exercise it is possible to programme certain data into the computer: exercise Time in minutes,
the Distance to cover (in 100 metre increments), and the calorie. To programme the computer, activate
the computer by pressing one of the keys and select the information to programme by pressing on one of the
two 'ZOOM' keys (3).
The top ZOOM key accesses the top row (programming of Time), the lower ZOOM key accesses the bottom
row (programming of the Distance and the Calorie). The selected function will flash.
