COMMON FAULTS AND SOLUTIONS
Fault symptom
Motor does not work
The motor works but fails
to raise the lift
The motor works but can

Replace the fusible core
Supply proper voltage to the
motor
Replace the motor
Change the motor by
changing the motor lead
Inspect the hydraulic circuit
Add oil to the hydraulic tank
Supply proper voltage to the
motor
Inspect the pump pressure
Adjust the pressure of relief
valve
Inspect the weight of vehicle
Clean the lowering solenoid
valve
Rotate the throttle valve
counterclockwise to
appropriate position
The oil shall not be mixed with
air
