Lifting mechanism:
The hydraulic cylinder (traction type) is installed inside the left-hand axle. When hydraulic oil
enters the cylinder's front chamber, the piston rod moves backwards, pulling the front and rear
columns upwards via the lifting cable.
Support mechanism:
Left and right deck plates are installed on the front and rear columns to form a support platform.
When the vehicle enters the work area, the vehicle's front and rear wheels must be aligned
with the centerlines of the left and right bridge plates. The secondary lifting mechanism can be
moved between the left and right deck plates, and the appropriate length support bar can be
used to accommodate vehicles of different chassis heights.
Balance mechanism:
Four lifting cables are forcibly synchronized to maintain balance during vehicle raising/lowering.
In this way, the four cable ends attached to the columns must be preset to keep the tension of
the four lifting cables constant.
Manual safety mechanism:
All four columns are equipped with a safety device. When lifting the sliding table, the safety
block rests on the guard and works under the action of the spring. To lock the sliding table,
press the LOCK button, after which the sliding table will lower and the safety block will be
trapped in the guard. To lower the sliding table, press the DOWN button, after which the sliding
table rises slightly, the safety block is unlocked pneumatically, then the sliding table descends
automatically.
Safety mechanism to protect against cable breakage:
The front and rear crosspieces are fitted with safety claws, which are usually held by the hoisting
cable through the safety wheel, so that the safety claws are pulled inwards. When the rope
breaks, the safety claws spring back into place, catching in the positioning panel at the same
time.
Safety mechanism working range:
These safety mechanisms operate when the height of the sliding table is between 260 mm
(front and rear beams above ground level) and 1850 mm (effective lifting height).
Height presetting:
Keep the left and right bridges horizontal by adjusting the four set screws on the four uprights.
