While watching TV or video, you
can listen to a CO or an external
audio equipment connected to
the WALKMAN jack
(Simultaneous Play function).
When the unit is in the
simultaneous play mode, you can
still listen to the original sound of
TV or video through headphones
plugged in to the TV monitor.

A
During TV reception or video playback:

The sound of TV or video will be turned off and the
sound of CD or an audio equipment connected to the
WALKMAN jack can be heard instead. However, you can
continue to watch the picture on the TV monitor.
B
During CD play or while the audio equipment connected
to the WALKMAN jack is being played:

for more than two seconds.
The TV picture will come on the TV monitor and you can
continue to listen to the sound of CD or the connected
audio equipment.
Adjust
the
volume.
Notes
• A WALKMAN or other audio
equipment can be connected
to the WALKMAN jack of this
unit with the optional
connecting cord.
• The simultaneous play
function will not work while
listening to the radio.
• The contents of the preset
memories or CO information
cannot be listed when the
unit is in the simultaneous
play mode.
