What to do when something doesn't work...
DANGER! Risk of injury! The awning's
hinged arms are under very high spring
tension. Disassembly of the awning may
cause serious injury. Please contact your
dealer if the hinged brackets do not func-
tion properly.
Error/Fault
Awning does not extend or retract
Motor does not stop after the awning
has been extended or retracted.
Motor stops before the awning has
been fully extended or retracted.
Awning fabric is rolling up unevenly. Fabric tilt is not set correctly?
Does the awning fabric rub against
the fixing screw of the middle wall
bracket?
If you can't fix the fault yourself, contact your nearest
vendor. Please be aware that any improper repairs
will also invalidate the warranty and additional costs
may be incurred.

Malfunctions are often caused by minor faults. You
can easily remedy most of these yourself. Please
consult the following table before contacting the ven-
dor. You will save yourself a lot of trouble and possibly
money too.

NOTICE! Potential damage to the awn-
ing fabric! After multiple uses of the awn-
ing, one or both of the hinged arms may
hang at the wrong angle or unevenly. If
this happens, the hinged arms must be
readjusted (► Adjusting the angle of tilt of
the awning fabric – p. 43).
Note: To ensure trouble-free operation of
the awning, the hinged joints of the hinged
arms should be lubricated at regular inter-
vals using a resin-free and acid-free oil.
