1. Wenn Sie die Han
24 HPR VarioShell zu-
®
sammen mit Han
HC-Modular 350 und
®
Han
HC-Modular 650 Kontakten mit
®
Schraubanschluss verwenden, montieren
Sie zunächst die Kontakte in den Halterah-
men entsprechend der jeweiligen Montage-
anleitung (⇨ Bei spiel: 4 x HC-Modular 350).

2. Schrauben sie die 4 x M6 Schrauben je An-
baugehäuse mit einem Innensechskant SW5
2
in der angegebenen Reihenfolge handfest an.
Bringen Sie anschließend ein Drehmoment
von 10 Nm in derselben Reihenfolge auf

(⇨ Abbildung).

3. Konfektionieren Sie die Kabelschuhe entspre-
chend den Vorgaben des Herstellers. Bringen
Sie einen Schrumpfschlauch über dem
Anschlussbereich der Kabelschuhe an. Die
Abmessungen, die genaue Position und Län-
ge des Schrumpfschlauchs entnehmen Sie
bitte der ⇨ Abbildung.

1. If you use the Han
24 HPR Vario Shell
®
together with Han
HC-Modular 350 and
®
Han
HC-Modular 650 contacts (screw termi-
®
nation), start by mounting the contacts in the
holding frame according to the respective
assembly instructions (⇨ example:
4 x HC-Modular 350).
2. Hand-tighten the 4 x M6 screws for the bulk-
head mounted housing with a SW 5 hexagon
socket in the specified order. Then apply the
torque of 10 Nm in the same sequence
(⇨ Figure).
3. Assemble the cable lugs according to the
manufacturer's specifications. Fit a heat
shrink tube over the connection area of the
cable lugs. Please refer to the ⇨ Figure for the
dimensions, the exact position and length of
the heat shrink tube.

vissé, montez d᾽abord les contacts dans le
cadre de support conformément aux sché-
mas d᾽assemblage correspondantes
(⇨ exemple : 4 x HC-Modular 350).
2. Serrez à la main les quatre vis M6 pour
chaque embase encastrée à l᾽aide d᾽une clé
hexagonale intérieure SW 5 dans l᾽ordre indi-
qué. Appliquez ensuite un couple de serrage
de 10 N m dans le même ordre (⇨ illustration).
3. Assemblez les cosses de câble conformé-
ment aux spécifications du fabricant. Ap-
pliquez une gaine thermorétractable sur la
zone de connexion des cosses. Consultez
l'illustration pour connaître les dimensions,
la position exacte et la longueur de la gaine
thermorétractable.
