1.0 Introduction
Congratulations on the purchase of your new Power Flue system. The Power Flue Fan system
is intended for domestic gas fired balanced flue appliances that require a flue length of over 3m
horizontal. Combustion products are removed using a power-flue comprising an extraction fan and air
proving system.
This product has been designed using the latest technology and the highest quality materials.
The following instructions are intended to make installation and operation easier for you. If you follow
all of the instructions, your will give years of trouble free service.
NOTE: The safety instructions are important and you must follow them.
ImPoRTANT!
This product must be installed to conform with the Rules in
force at the time of installation covering the relevant aspects
of Building Control, Gas and Electrical Works.
Installation should only be carried out by suitably qualified
persons.
This product is not suitable for 'DIY' installations.
All electrical work must be performed by a suitably qualified person.
Please inspect the delivery thoroughly. Ensure that the parts list is complete and
that none of the components were damaged in transportation.
This booklet should be left with the householder for their reference.
The manufacturer reserves the right to:
• Supply the latest respective replacement parts (which may in individual cases differ slightly in
design from the original).
• Regularly revise and supplement the present specifications without individuals being notified of
such changes.
The Manufacturer will not be liable for:
• Slight differences in the portrayals in the assembly instructions and directions for use.
• Technical alterations in the product and errors within these instructions.
