FUNCTION AND OPERATION TRAINING COMPUTER
You can check the status of your workout as time, speed, distance, calories and total distance are
displayed on the screen.
Button Description
When you press the button, the functions are selected in the following order
(TIME -SPEED -DISTANCE-CALORIES -ODO – PULS-RATE).
If you press the key for more than 3 seconds, all contents will be reset and "0" will be displayed*.
TIME - SPEED - DISTANCE - CALORIES - ODO (TOTAL) – PULS-RATE
TIME: Displays the total duration of the workout between 0.00 minutes and 99.99 minutes.
SPEED: Displays the speed at which you have traveled in the range of 0.00 to 99.99.
DISTANCE: Displays the distance you exercise in the range from 0 to 9999.
CALORIES: Counts the total calories from the beginning to the end of the workout.
ODO (TOTAL DISTANCE): Displays the distance you are training, in the range of 0.00 to 99.99
km, increasing by 0.01.
PULS-RATE: Shows the current heart rate in beats per minute (BPM)
Note: During the process of pulse measurement, the reading may be higher than the virtual pulse
rate in the first 2~3 seconds due to the jamming of contact, then it will return to the normal level.
The measured value cannot be considered as the basis for medical treatment.

Hold onto the handlebars throughout your workout.

Make sure at least half your foot length is on the pedal during the workout.

Each foot strap on the pedals can be individually adjusted to fit any foot size.
