Connect the saddle (11) to the seat post (9) with the washer (12) and the nut (13); then screw
the seat post with the ball stud (10).
4.
Screw the pedal (8) and (7) to the crank (20) and (21) respectively. Note: The pedal (7) should
be screwed clockwise and the pedal (8) counterclockwise. Make sure that the pedals (8) and
(7) are always engaged during training, otherwise the pedals and the tooth will be damaged.
