4) CARING FOR AND CLEANING YOUR APPLIANCE
a)
Cleaning the deep fryer
-
Never submerge the resistance unit/control panel in water or any other liquid.

This appliance must be kept clean as it is in direct contact with food.
1. Always disconnect the appliance's plug before any
cleaning operations.
2. Wait until the oil has completely cooled down before
carrying out any operations. Above all, do not try to
move the deep fryer when the oil is still hot.
3. The oil must be filtered after each use.
4. Remove the detachable tank (1) and empty the oil.
Wash the tank with a non-abrasive sponge and hot
soapy water. Then rinse and dry it carefully.
Caution: never submerge the appliance's body in water.
5. Dry the tank carefully before each new use.
6. Clean the outside of the deep fryer with a damp cloth.
Do not use an abrasive sponge or metal scraper to avoid
damaging the wall.
7. The basket may be cleaned in hot, soapy water or in a
dishwasher.
8. The lid (2) may be removed to make the appliance
easier to clean. To do so, open the lid to the maximum
and pull upwards.
9. Ensure the elements are properly dried after cleaning.
b) Storage
1. Wind the power cord
2. Keep the appliance in a cool, dry room.
