Cleaning and maintenance
General tips
•
Regularly clean the appliance and accessories with
a cloth and a solution of warm water and neutral
detergent specifically formulated for refrigerator
interiors. Do not use abrasive cleaners or tools.
•
Regularly check the door gaskets and wipe clean
to ensure they are clean and free from debris.
•
Rinse and dry thoroughly.
CAUTION!
The appliance must be
unplugged before servicing or cleaning.
CAUTION!
The refrigerator accessories must
not be placed in a dishwasher.
Dairy box

The dairy box is suitable for storing dairy products
(butter, cheese, etc.).
•
The dairy box can be removed for cleaning.
Note: If the user has moved the dairy box to the top
position, follow these steps to remove or replace it.
To remove the dairy box:

Open the lid of the dairy box, then lift the box
slightly to release it from its place.
To replace the dairy box:
-
Open the lid of the dairy box.

Align the edge of the dairy box with the
recesses in the fridge.

Push down the dairy box into place from above.
Defrosting the refrigerator compartment
Defrosting of the refrigerator compartment is
completely automatic. The formation of water
droplets on the rear internal wall of the refrigerator
compartment indicates that the automatic defrosting
is underway. The defrost water automatically runs
into a drain outlet and then into a container from
where it evaporates.
Note: Make sure the drain hole is never blocked by
food or any other object to allow condensation to
drain.
Defrosting the freezer compartment
The freezer compartment defrosts automatically.
If you do not use the appliance for a prolonged
period

1. Disconnect the appliance from the power supply.
2. Remove all food.
3. Clean the appliance and all accessories.
4. Leave the doors open just enough to allow air

Replacing the lighting
The appliance is equipped with a LED for interior
lighting.
Only an authorized technician is allowed to replace
the lighting device. Please contact your Authorised
