PROBLEM
The room does not reach the
desired temperature

PROBABLE CAUSE
Incorrect setting of the set tempera-
ture.
Improper sizing, the heater is too small
for the room.
Lower and upper grids are obstructed.
Set temperature is below room tempe-
rature.
The
/esc button has been pressed
and the heater is turned off.
The switch on the side of the heater is
turned to the off position.
The set program is in an OFF mode.
Dust, carpet fibers or smoke fumes go-
ing through the heater.
Disconnection from power supply.
Control panel has been locked to pre-
vent pressing of buttons.
After a short amount of time if no but-
tons have been pressed the display
goes into stand-by mode.
The heater's temperature is at its limit. The heater's temperature range is 15 - 28 ºC.
The device is blocked.
SOLUTION
Check the set temperature on the display to verify it is the
desired temperature.
The power rating of the heater is not adequate for the
place in which it has been installed. Select a larger hea-
ter.
Do not place anything on top or below the radiator.
Increase the radiator's set temperature until it is 1 de-
gree above the room temperature.
Press the
/esc button and turn on.
(the display shows ON)
Set the switch on the right side of the heater to position 'I'.
Check that the set program is correct for the time peri-
od and change if necessary or put in manual mode and
override.
Vacuum any dust and loose carpet fibers below the hea-
ter. Refrain from burning candles or smoking in the same
room.
Make sure that power is going to the device and it is tur-
ned on.

Press any button and the display will activate
Press button POWER/ESC for 4 seconds and press the
DOWN arrow.
