Worktop preparation

The worktop of the built-in unit must have a minimum thickness of 30 mm and a maximum
of 50 mm.

The induction hob must be horizontal and must be sealed against overflowing liquids on the
wall side.

Cut surfaces should be sealed with special varnish, silicone rubber or foundry mould to
prevent swelling due to moisture.

The distance between the side trimmed edges and a wall on the right or left must be at least
50 mm.

The opening should be positioned over the centre of the unit underneath.

The kitchen units, including the base material, surface coating, adhesives and seals, must
have a sufficient heat resistance according to DIN 68930:2009-11 of at least 100°C.
