WARRANTY TERMS
As a purchaser of one of our products, you are entitled to the legal guarantees of the purchase
contract with your dealer.
To do this, remember to keep the PURCHASE INVOICE or RECEIPT as this is the only valid way to
show the start date of the Warranty period. Without them, no repairs covered by the
manufacturer's Warranty will apply.
In addition, we provide you with the following conditions:
Warranty period
The warranty lasts 36 months from the date of purchase (proof of purchase is required). Faults
or defects in the equipment are rectified free of charge during the first 24 months, provided that
the equipment is accessible for repairs without any special effort. Within 12 months thereafter,
the purchaser is obliged to prove that the fault or defect already existed upon delivery.
Your product is not designed for commercial use (e.g. in hotels, bars, restaurants, etc.), ...) or for
shared use by several households. In such cases, the warranty does not apply.
When using the warranty, the warranty does not extend to the equipment or newly installed
parts.
Scope of the corrective action
We will repair all defects in the equipment, within the specified periods, that are demonstrably
attributable to faulty workmanship or defects in materials. Replaced parts become our property.
The following are excluded:
Normal wear and tear, intentional or negligent damage, damage caused by non-compliance
with the operating instructions, incorrect positioning or installation of the equipment,
connection to incorrect mains voltage, damage due to chemical effects
the following can also be observed in the case of glass, paint and enamel damage and possible
colour differences, as well as defective light bulbs. Defects in the equipment due to transport
damage are also excluded. We also do not perform any service if unauthorised persons do any
work on the equipment and original parts are not used.
