Cause
Carbon deposit between the diodes of the
spark plug
ignition coil defective flywheel magnet too
weak
Too much petrol in the combustion
chamber, poor fuel or water in the tank
Oil line blocked
Piston rings worn, spark plug not screwed
down, cylinder head not tight wrong valve
clearance or ignition timing.
Poor contact between ignition cap and
spark plug

Solution
Clean the spark plug. Adjust
the gap 0.6~0.7mm, replace
the spark plug
Replace the ignition coil or
flywheel
Remove spark plug and
allow to dry, replace fuel.
Cleaning the carburettor
and cleaning the pipes
replace tighten screws
replace or adjust
Replace or check
Solution
Open choke, replace exhaust system Check or
