TROUBLESHOOTING
TROUBLE WITH EEG EAR PAD FUNCTIONS:
1. Login to the Neurable AI App.
2. Update the app to the latest version.
3. Follow The Troubleshooting Tutorial found inside the Neurable AI App.
FACTORY RESET
Hold power button for 4 seconds to enter pairing mode. Then
simultaneously hold the Vol+ button and Power/Pairing button until LED
lights flash red/white and you hear the voice prompt "Factory Reset." LED
light will flash 4x. The headphones will then be reset.
