SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS FOR MOUNTING
• This child bicycle seat must not be mounted in folding bicycles.
• This child bicycle seat must not be used on EPAC / Pedelecs above 25 km/h
/ 15,5mph.
• This child bicycle seat must not be mounted to bicycles fitted with rear
shock absorbers.
• This child bicycle seat must not be mounted to motorized vehicles such as
mopeds, scooters.
• This child junior bicycle seat is only suitable for carrying children with a
maximum weight of 35 Kg, a minimum height of 110 cm, and above 6 years
of age, that are able to secure and keep their balance autonomosly on the
seat during the ride.
• The total weight of the cyclist and the child transported must not exceed
the maximum permitted load permitted for the bicycle. Information on the
maximum load can be found in the operating instructions of the bicycle. You
can also contact the manufacturer for this question.
• The seat may only be mounted on a bicycle suitable for the attachment
of such additional loads. Please consult your bicycle or lugagge carrier
instructions manual.
• The position of the child bicycle seat must be adjusted so that the bicycle
rider does not touch the child bicycle seat with the feet when in motion.
• It's very important to adjust correctly the seat and its component parts for
optimum comfort and safety of the child. It's also important that the seat
SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS FOR MOUNTING THE SEAT IN THE BICYCLE
1. Pull the safety belt for the bicycle frame (C) upwards. Make sure it does not
interfere with mounting the seat to the bicycle.
2. Start to couple the MIK HD carrier attachment system (F) by inserting the
front locking device (F1) into the front groove of the HD MIK luggage carrier.
3. After coupling the front locking device (F1), lock the rear locking device
(F3) of the MIK HD carrier attachment system (F). To do so, push the seat
down, while simultaneously pressing (F2) down and (F3) to the front. This
operation will block the MIK HD carrier attachment system (F) into the MIK
HD bicycle carrier groove. To ensure that you have completed this step
properly, you must hear a "click".
4. Shaking the seat to ensure it´s properly and securely attached to the
luggage carrier is extremely important for cyclist and child safety.
5. Start to open the safety belt buckle (C1) and pass it around the bicycle
frame. Adjust the belt it as shown in the picture, under tension. Make sure
that remain loosen belt is not in contact with the wheel, so pass it trough the
Safety belt retainer (C2). This step is extremely important for child and
cyclist safety.

also important that the backrest slope backward slightly.
• Check if all parts of the bicycle function correctly with the child bicycle
seat mounted.
• Check the instructions of the bicycle, and If you have any doubts on fitting
the child bicycle seat to your bicycle, please contact your bicycle supplier for
further information.
FOR MIK HD LUGGAGE CARRIERS: SPECIFIC FEATURES
• This child bicycle seat must only be mounted in bicycles equipped with
carriers with MIK HD.
• For safety reasons, ensure that the carrier used with the product is an MIK
HD luggage carrier that meets ISO 11243:2016, and that specifically can
hold sustained loads of at least 27kg/59,5 lb, and is suitable for use with a
child seat according to the information in the operating instructions of the
luggage carrier. Check that the load capacity of the luggage carrier is not
exceeded.
• The maximum weight applied to the carrier cannot exceed 27 kg / 59,5 lb.
• The child bicycle seat must be assembled on bicycles with wheels with
diameters of 24", 26", 27,5", 28" and 29".

the location of the entire footrest protection system. Apply the protective
film (E5) around the fixing area of the metal plate (E1/E1.2). Polisport
provides the film for struts protection; we are not accountable for any
damages. Choose between E1 (17-21mm) or E1.2 (21-27mm) based on the
struts diameter. Secure the chosen metal plate (E1/E1.2) and insert the
fastening block (E2).
7. Place the zip ties (D4) in the wheel protector (D3) as shown in the picture.
Is mandatory to install the 6 zip ties on each wheel protector. Start to attach
the zip ties (D4) to the bicycle seat stay. Attach the other 3 zip ties to the
carrier stay by choosing the holes that better fit to your bicycle wheel size.
Follow the picture instructions for the guidance.
8. Trim the remaining Zip Ties (D4), leaving at least 4mm as shown, so they
can be reused. Ensure all previous steps are complete and the wheel rotates
smoothly. Repeat on both sides and confirm both wheel protectors are
installed. You're now ready to install the retractable footrest.
9. The seat must always be used with the foot protection plates (D1) and
wheel protector (D3). Their use is mandatory, since they keep the child's foot
