In certain cases, a reinforcing pillar cannot be assembled, as described above; in those cases the staircase should
be supported by means of a K181 and K182 bracket to be applied to the wall closest to the staircase, as shown in
fig. 32; proceed as described below:
insert the B250 mesh and threaded bar included in the kit into the Ø 16 mm hole
inject the silicon resin by means of the dedicated tool while holding still the threaded bar.
After the resin has dried, assemble the K181 support and anchor by means of washers and nuts.
Cover the nuts with the B250 covers included in the Kit.
Insert the K182 support bar inside the support. Use the existing holes as a guide to drill holes by means of a
Ø 10.5 drill both laterally and frontally and anchor by means of the relevant B250 screws and washers included in
the kit.
Dans certains cas il n'est pas possible d'ajouter un mât de renfort, comme décrit plus haut; dans ce cas, il est
opportun de supporter l'escalier avec la console de fixation K181 et K182 à appliquer sur le mur le pus proche de
l'escalier, comme illustré fig. 32. Procéder comme suit:
dans le trou Ø 16 mm, insérer la cheville et la tige filetée du kit B250.
injecter la résine de silicone en utilisant un outil approprié et en maintenant fermement en place la tige filetée.
Après le séchage, monter le support K181 et bloquer avec des rondelles et des écrous.
Couvrir les écrous avec les capuchons fournis dans le kit B250.
Enfiler la barre de soutien K182 dans le support. En utilisant comme guide les trous présents, percer avec un
foret Ø 10.5 soit latéralement que frontalement et fixer avec les rondelles correspondantes et les vis
contenues dans le kit B250.
In einigen Fällen kann wie zuvor beschrieben ein Verstärkungspfosten hinzugefügt werden; in solchen Fällen
sollte die Treppe mit der Stützkonsole K181 und K182 abgestützt werden, d.h. sie ist laut Abb. 32 an der der
Treppe nächsten Wand anzubringen und dann in folgender Weise vorzugehen:
- In die Bohrung Ø 16 mm das Netz und die Gewindestange des Bausatzes B250 einführen.
- Das Silikonharz mit dem dazu dienenden Gerät einspritzen und dabei die obige Gewindestange in ihrer
Position festhalten.
Nach erfolgter Trocknung, den Träger K181 montieren und mit Scheiben und Muttern blockieren.
Die obigen Muttern mit den Kappen B250 abdecken.
Die Stützstange K182 in den Träger einsetzen. Unter Verwendung der vorhandenen Bohrungen als Führung mit
einer Bohrspitze Ø 10.5 sowohl seitlich als auch vorne bohren und mit den entsprechenden, im Bausatz B250
vorhandenen Scheiben und Schrauben befestigen.
En algunos casos no se puede añadir un pilar de refuerzo como el descrito anteriormente; en estos casos
resulta conveniente sostener la escalera con el soporte en ménsula K181 y K182 aplicable a la pared más
cercana a la propia escalera, como se ilustra en la fig. 32, y proceder del modo siguiente:
introduzca en el orificio Ø 16 mm la redecilla y la barra roscada del kit B250.

inyecte la resina de silicona con la herramienta adecuada, manteniendo firme en su posición dicha barra.

Una vez que se ha secado, monte el soporte K181 y fíjelo con arandelas y tuercas.
Cubra las tuercas con tapillas del kit B250.
Introduzca la barra de sostén K182 en el soporte. Utilizando como guía los orificios presentes, perfore con punta
Ø 10.5 tanto lateral como frontalmente y fije con los correspondientes tornillos y arandelas del kit B250.
