Place the motor head (1) with the top
facing downward.
2. Roll the foam filter (15) up a little bit.
3. Pull the foam filter over the filter basket
(21).
4. Roll the foam filter so that it is smooth.
5. Mount the motor head.
Attaching and removing the
suction hose
Suction hose assembly (Fig. A/D)
1. Insert the thick end of the suction hose
(13) with the lock (13a) into a con-
nector:
• Suction: Suction connector (5) (on
the dirt container)
• Blowing: Blower connector (11) (on
the motor head)
You will hear the lock click into place.

1. Press and hold the lock (13a) on the
suction hose (13).
2. Pull the suction hose (13) out of the
connector.

Notes
• Never perform vacuuming without a fil-
ter!
• The paper filter bag is not suitable for
vacuuming fine dust. To vacuum fine
dust, you will need an additional fine
dust filter bag (Spare parts and ac-
cessories, p. 32).

Wet vacuuming
Notes
• Never perform vacuuming without a fil-
ter!
• When wet vacuuming, a float interrupts
the suction air flow when the dirt con-
tainer is full. Switch the appliance off
and empty the dirt container.
• Make sure that the suction nozzle is not
completely in the water so that some
air is always sucked in.
• The dirt container is not suitable for
storing liquids. Empty the dirt container
after wet vacuuming.
