QUICK START
After the power to the machine has been turned on you will hear
the monitor beep once and the LCD display will light up. When
the monitor looks like it does in the picture to the right this
indiciates it is in standby mode.
You will be able to press the monitor like a button, this acts as
your 'MODE' button.
From standby mode, when you begin your workout the blue
ring around the monitor will turn green and start recording. The
monitor will display each function every few seconds.
TARGET PROGRAMS
From the standby mode you are able to set target workouts,
these include Time, Distance, Calories and Pulse.
Press 'MODE' once to display the target 'Time'.
Turn the monitor clockwise or anti-clockwise (Up/Down) to
adjust the setting value.
Press 'MODE' a second time to display the target 'Distance' and
follow the same steps to change the value.
Press 'MODE' a third time to display the target 'Calories' and
follow the same steps to change the value.
Press 'MODE' a fourth time to display the target 'Pulse' and
follow the same steps to change the value.
Once you have set your targets start rowing and the ring around
your monitor will change to green and the monitor will again
display each function every few seconds. Once you have reached
your targets the monitor will beep and start the loop again.
