R300 ASSEMBLY
The rower has been assembled and tested at the factory, so you shouldn't have any
problems putting all the parts together. Components are designed to fit together, and
only basic tools are required for the assembly process. Inside the box you will find a Tools
Pack (Hex Allen Key, Spanner, Washers and Bolts). See previous page.
To assemble your JLL R300 please follow these easy steps:
STEP 1
Attach the rear stabilizer (10) to the
slideway (2) using 4 x hex bolts (14),
spring washers (33) and flat washers
(27).
Then add the rear lock cover (57) onto
the end of the slideway and secure
using a screw (18).
STEP 3
Attach the front stabilizer (8) to the
main frame (1) using 2 x carriage bolts
(16), flat washers (26), spring washers
(32) and acorn nuts (22).
STEP 2
Remove the screws (17) from the
slideway (2) then attach the saddle
(48) on. Remember to re-attach the
screws (17) afterwards.
STEP 4
Insert the slideway (2) to the main
frame (1). Then attach the cushion (6)
in between the slideway rails.
