5 levels of sensitivity are available: 1, the lowest sensitivity - 5, the highest sensitivity.
By default, the VOX function is set to level 2. Changing the sensitivity level can be
done only through the programming software.
Enable/Disable the VOX function
Set the radio to channel 5.
Turn off the radio.
Hold down the PTT and Monitor keys simultaneously while turning on the radio.
The voice prompt will announce "VOX Off".
Repeat the procedure to activate the VOX function.
Note: the VOX function can also be activated/deactivated through the programming
software.
