Channel monitoring
Press the Monitor side key. The squelch opens and you can listen to signals that
are too weak to keep the squelch open permanently. Release the key to exit the
Monitor function.
Channel scanning
To use this function, at least two channels must be added to the scan list. Adding
or removing channels from the scan list is done only through the programming
software. By default, all 16 channels are added to the scan list.
Scan analog channels
Set the radio to channel 16.
Press and hold the PTT and Monitor keys simultaneously to enter scan mode. As
long as the function is active, the green LED blinks.
