When the radio identifies a signal, the scan stops and resumes after 5 seconds
after the signal is lost. The voice prompt announces the channel number with
signal.
Press the Monitor key to exit the scan mode. The radio remains on the last channel
with a signal. If no signal channel was found during the scan, then the radio returns
to the channel on which the radio was when the Scan function was activated.
Scan digital channels
Set the radio to channel 14.
Press and hold the PTT and Monitor keys simultaneously to enter scan mode. As
long as the function is active, the yellow LED blinks.
