Battery acid may leak causing
serious injuries. If the battery
acid get into contact with skin
or eyes, flush it with water and
consult your physician.
Make sure that the vehicle
is not parked on a sloped
ground, otherwise it might not
be possible to pump out all
oil. Make sure that the parking
brake is engaged.
Grasp the terminals only by the
insulated handles. Pay attention
to correct polarity. Connect
the positive pole terminal to
the positive pole of the vehicle
battery and the negative
terminal to the negative pole
(see "Getting started").
Do not short-circuit the terminals
and/or connecting cables.
If the supply cord is damaged,
it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent
or similarly qualified persons in
order to avoid a hazard.
