Before using the kettle for the first time
Before using the kettle for the first time, rinse it thoroughly.
Then, proceed as follows:
1. Fill the kettle halfway with water. Do not add any other products.
2. Next, switch on the kettle using the power switch. The indicator light will light up indicating
that the water is heating up.
3. After boiling the water, the appliance will switch off automatically.
4. Lift the kettle carefully and empty the water into the sink. Avoid splashing water, as it is
hot, and it could burn you.
5. The kettle is now ready for use.
Using the appliance
1. Place the base on a flat surface.
2. Fill the kettle with water (do not add any other product).
Note: do not overfill. Please note the water level indicator on the viewing window.
3. Lay the cover.
4. Place the kettle on the base
5. Only connect the kettle to a properly installed 230 V~ 50 Hz safety socket.
Note: check if the voltage you are going to use is the same as that of the kettle.
6. Press the power switch to start the kettle.
Note: the indicator light on the switch will light up indicating that the water is heating up.
7. After boiling the water, the indicator light will switch off automatically.
Note: be careful, you could get burned.
8. Do not open the cover when pouring.
Note: safe use: the appliance features a safety system that automatically switches the kettle
off when water boils.
4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning the kettle, unplug it and allow it to cool down.

Clean the housing of the appliance with a slightly damp sponge or cloth.
Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.

Do not use abrasive cleaners, metal brushes or any other object that may scratch the
surface.
