This service information describes the connection of the IntelliBridge to the Dräger Babytherm.
Data communication
The IntelliBridge EC10 module supports RS232 serial data communication with the pre-configured
communication settings of the Dräger Babytherm. No further configuration of the connection
parameters is needed.
Instruction for connection
Connect the IntelliBridge EC5 module with its D-Sub 9-pin male connector (2) to the
RS232 connector of the Dräger Babytherm (1) as shown in the photo below.
Make sure to tighten the screws of the connector properly.

RS232 parameters must be set and verified according to the Dräger Babytherm service manual by
authorized personnel.
